DEFINITION OF SCREWS USED IN ATO ASSEMBLY

Instructions:

Since the product was launched some of the screws has been changed in order to achieve a better locking concept. Originally the locking mechanism was placed in the A-cover. The final solution will use thread lock screws instead.

For some of the screws 3 different types have been in use, as the table shows below.

Three different sizes of screw are used in this product, and two of these has been changed: I033 and I034.

This bulletin will describe the assembly order and other specific details.

*) When using version 3 of the A-cover assembly, you need to check that the screws can be fully inserted using the stated torques. The insert in the covers version 3 might get lose if higher a torques is applied. In such cases the screw will be difficult to remove and the A-cover needs to be replaced.

The version of the A-cover assembly can be found from the inside of the cover (marked by the red circle: “V4.0”)
