Copywriting Brief

 

c     Is the intent of your text clear right from the start and all the way through?

c     Is your unique selling point there? Does your product, service, brand, or idea stand out from its competitors?
 

Headlines

 

c     Check your headlines: Do they draw attention and address the right audience?

c     Are they clear and direct, and attract the reader into the body text? Would they capture your interest?
 

Features and Benefits

 

c     Do you highlight the benefits over the features?

c     Do you refer to you and your more often than we, us, or our?

c     Does your copy flow naturally and sound as if you were talking to a friend?
 

Calls to Action

 

c     Does every sentence in your copy lead towards the call to action?

c     Is the call to action strong enough? Will it make the reader do what you want them to do?
