     (1) Yes, that's me speaking in these modules...

Well, I really hope you will enjoy these modules. Whether you like or not
what I did, please let me know why in a little postcard, it's always
interesting to have new ideas from other composers. And I'll send you a
postcard of where I live (almost a paradise).

In fact, I try to share my free time with music and making 3D (with Real3D
and I just begin with LightWave), so I don't have so much time to compose,
compared to when I start. And I work all the week (not with computer, alas!).
So, here's a call for help: I WANT TO EARN WITH COMPUTERS (I didn't say PC
okay?), to create music for games or anything else... In brief, save me!

It was the distress of the day. Thank you!... :-D

                                                Fr?d?ric

               /!\ LAST MINUTE - 25 MAR 96 (Thanks Gryzor) /!\

One week before the deadline of this 4_CD-ROM I've decided to add an
Oktalyzer module (the only one). It was made in summer 1990 for a musical
competition started in the french musical magazine 'Keyboard'. The 'aim of the
game' was quite simple: record on a tape a personnal interpretation of a title
from Jean-Michel Jarre's discography, without any restriction. I decided to
replay the original soundtrack of the film 'Les granges br?l?es', not so known
as the others albums (Oxygene was composed later!).

The first price was a day with Jean-Michel Jarre in his studio, then the
four after the complete collection of Jarre's CD, dedicaced by Jarre himself!
Then from the 7th to the 20th, the last album 'En attendant Cousteau'.

Keyboard is a magazine read by owners of biiiiiiig synthesizers, studios
and so on, so I was absolutely certain to just win a nut! But I was happy to
participate with my old A500... Unnnecessary to say the amount of tape they
received, from all the world (that's what they said). Someone even completely
relooked a tape (tsss, poor guy!).

Several month later, in march 91 (Keyboard N?42), I read in the mag there
was in fact 2 first prices, because of the great qualities of the musics. Okay
Fred, not this time you will see Jarre. But what a surprise when I saw my name
just after, at the 3RD PLACE!!!... I would have liked to have time to digitize
the results to show you that's really true. But you have the module (read it
with Delitracker or Eagleplayer for example), that's the most important. If
you don't trust me, I can send you copies of the results.

I received the dedicaced compilation a few weeks after...

Since now, I know that even with small we can do bigger than biggest!
